Experteer Overview
In this role you will strengthen Swiss Re's security by shaping the penetration testing program and delivering web app, API, and infrastructure assessments. You collaborate with IT, security, and external partners to drive remediation and learnings. You’ll develop strategy, perform tests, and produce actionable reports that help reduce cyber risk. The position blends hybrid work with impactful, cross-functional work in a leading global insurer. You will contribute to a resilient digital ecosystem and continual security improvement.

• Develop and execute a long-term penetration testing strategy and improve existing processes
• Own, perform and deliver security assessments of web applications, APIs and infrastructure, and coordinate remediation
• Create lessons-learnt sessions and educational material for IT developers
• Manage relations with internal partners and external security vendors performing tests
• Collaborate with integral IT application owners, information security specialists, and CISOs




• Advocate continuous innovation and seek better ways to test and secure systems
• Apply OWASP Top 10 knowledge to testing procedures and remediation recommendations

Responsabilidades
• At least 2 years of information security and penetration testing experience
• Understanding of software development and architecture
• Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO27001/2, NIST, OWASP Top 10)
• Experience with vulnerability management and testing tools (Burp Suite, nmap, Qualys, etc.)
• Exposure to AI/LLM security concepts or strong interest in securing AI-enabled apps
• Analytical, structured problem-solving approach
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; cross-functional clarity
• Team player, results-oriented, and capable of international collaboration
• Curiosity and drive to continuously improve
