Experteer Overview
As a Field Service Engineer, you will service Hologic’s Breast and Skeletal Health imaging equipment across the Basque Country and surrounding regions. You will travel to customer sites to perform maintenance, repairs and basic training while ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You’ll work closely with customers, IT teams and internal support to troubleshoot issues and ensure system uptime. The role includes autonomous fieldwork, reporting, and ongoing training opportunities to grow your expertise.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Maintenance and repair of Hologic products
• Install instruments at customer sites
• Coordinate with customer IT teams for systems installations and troubleshooting
• Support marketing activities such as exhibitions
• Complete administrative tasks (time, expense, site assessments, inventory, field service reports)
• Provide basic use and maintenance training to customers




• Operate with autonomy in a field-based environment

Responsabilidades
• Engineering experience (electrical/mechanical)
• Medical device background preferred
• Willingness to travel and work in the field
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Time management and documentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Knowledge of networks and interfacing; willingness to train
• Good spoken and written English

Requisitos principales
• salary: 36,000 - 45,000 gross per year
