Lead strategic projects within theCFO & Enterprise Valueteam, driving financial transformation initiatives with direct impact on CFOs and executive teams across Spain and internationally.ResponsibilitiesDefine strategy and lead the implementation of end-to-end financial operating models (organization, processes, data, technology, and capabilities).Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic objectives.Drive digitalization and optimization of financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A;) through automation, advanced analytics, and generative AI-based solutions.Design and oversee technology modernization roadmaps, including ERP, Cloud, Analytics, and AI copilots.Advise CFOs and executive committees on diagnostics, business cases, and financial transformation programs.Promote innovation and thought leadership on the future of finance and AI adoption in the financial domain.Qualifications7+ years of experience in management consulting, financial advisory, or similar environments (Big 4, strategic consulting firms).Proven experience in financial operating model transformation,
