Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the EMEA product strategy by delivering market-informed product plans and roadmaps. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and ensure customer-aligned product programs. You’ll lead feasibility studies, market analysis, and periodic product trainings for customers and the sales team. This position offers global exposure and the chance to shape solar offerings in a fast-growing sector.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop business plans for new products, improvements, customizations and services, coordinating with HQ stakeholders
• Consolidate market insights from Market Intelligence u0026 Strategy and Technical Departments to inform strategic recommendations
• Drive revenue and margin contributions by supporting sales activities and product deals in collaboration with the Sales Manager
• Develop customer awareness, perform visits, and generate opportunities while tracking revenue/margin quarterly and annually




• Deliver periodic product trainings for customers and sales teams
• Contribute to the EMEA product roadmap and lifecycle management aligned with global strategy and customer needs
• Develop and maintain product documents, certificates, and ERP-related data
• Manage component and supplier purchases
• Standardize processes and tools, develop policies, and influence budget planning while ensuring regulatory compliance

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in Engineering or comparable preferred
• Experience in PV/Renewable Energy is a plus
• Technically proficient with PV systems
• Strong organization, planning and management skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages a plus
• Willingness to travel
