Responsibilities

- Define functional requirements, participate in testing, and support the team before Go‑live.
- Lead the discovery phase of new processes, liaising with key stakeholders, defining technical solutions, and aligning teams to meet deadlines.
- Identify risks and dependencies during project execution.
- Keep up with industry and market trends, proposing ideas to scale the business.
- Analyze data to extract operational insights, creating reports for operations using MicroStrategy, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Maintain a data mindset, challenging or adjusting processes when necessary to build reliable business operations and services, and connecting with internal and external parties.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to ensure products and services comply with regulations and policies.
- Work in Agile teams, delivering value quickly while continuously improving practices.
- Actively participate in Chapters to support improved ways of working and to develop craftsmanship.
- Play a team player role, actively contributing to the maintenance, development, and realization of (new) services and functionalities within Squads.





Qualifications
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree and approximately 5 years of experience managing complex projects.
- Customer‑focused and results‑oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong prioritization skills, ensuring the team focuses on high‑impact results.
- Efficient time and deadline management to keep development on track.
- Effective stakeholder management, engaging key parties for successful outcomes.
- Problem‑solving skills to address challenges and obstacles.
- Some technical knowledge helpful (core banking systems and processes), though not mandatory.
- Passion for innovation, new market trends, and forward‑thinking.
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive initiatives with a can‑do attitude. xcskxlj
