What You'll Do * Deliver high-quality customer support to French-speaking customers. * Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. * Handle requests professionally across multiple communication channels. * Accurately document customer interactions. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. * Contribute to customer satisfaction and service quality objectives.

What We're Looking For * Native or fluent French * English C1 level (Harver English assessment required)

While the initial contract duration is six months, there is a possibility of extension based on business needs and individual performance.
