What You'll Do

- Deliver high-quality customer support to French-speaking customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Handle requests professionally across multiple communication channels.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and service quality objectives.

What We're Looking For

- Native or fluent French
- English C1 level (Harver English assessment required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

- Gross salary: €930/month (14 salaries)
- Attendance bonus: €65/month (11 months)
- 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday) with 2 rotational days off

Contract

This position is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract. While the initial contract duration is six months, there is a possibility of extension based on business needs and individual performance.
