About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Functional Analyst (10+ years) specializing in SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing to play a key role in a major utilities initiative in Belgium.

In this position, you will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution teams, analyzing complex processes, driving Agile sprint deliverables, and optimizing customer-facing solutions end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Delivery: Translate business needs into clear functional designs with a fast time-to-market mindset.
- Incident & Defect Management: Monitor, analyze, and root-cause production issues to drive efficient resolutions.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead functional and integration testing across cross-functional teams and business groups.
- Process Assessment: Evaluate end-to-end dependencies, business process impacts, and system integration points.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate workshops, lead alignment meetings, and present solutions confidently to technical and business audiences.




- Continuous Improvement: Work in Agile/Scrum sprints to continuously streamline utilities operations and enhance end-user experience.

What You Bring

- 10+ years of hands-on Functional Analysis experience.
- Deep functional expertise in SAP IS-U (Billing & Invoicing).
- Belgian Utilities Market Expertise: Thorough understanding of local energy market dynamics, regulations, and market messaging standards.
- Language Requirements: Trilingual proficiency in English, Dutch, and French (Must be fully fluent/excellent in either EN+FR or EN+NL).
- Agile Mindset: Proven ability to deliver within Scrum cycles and handle fast-paced sprint deadlines.
- Analytical & Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to map complex dependencies and clearly articulate solutions to diverse audiences.
