In thisSenior Cost Manager role, you will lead cost management activities for real estate and infrastructure projects in Spain, ensuring accurate estimates, cost plans and procurement strategies. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive value, manage pre- and post-contract QS duties, and deliver robust cost documentation. You will own tendering processes, contract administration, variations and final accounts, shaping project cost outcomes. Responsabilidades
• Degree qualification (recognized)
• Experience as QS or Cost Manager, preferably in a consultancy
• Sector xpzdshu experience across real estate construction projects
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish; strong report/bid writing skills
