bMonkeys is looking for a Change Management Expert to join a leading international player in the insurance and financial services industry.

You will support the rollout of a strategic transformation programme focused on absenteeism management, attendance at work, sustainable employability, and employee well-being. The mission aims to drive the sustainable adoption of new roles, responsibilities, behaviours, and processes across a complex organization involving employees, managers, HR teams, and social partners.

Mission

Support the deployment of a new approach to absenteeism and attendance at work, ensuring the successful adoption of new ways of working and contributing to the organization's broader transformation ambitions.

The consultant will be responsible for:

- Defining and implementing the change management approach.
- Co-developing the transformation vision and storyline and translating them into engaging and meaningful messages for different stakeholder groups.
- Developing a compelling value proposition answering the question "What's in it for me?" for employees, managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders involved.
- Supporting various actors in evolving their roles, responsibilities, and ways of working.
- Facilitating workshops, encouraging dialogue, and aligning stakeholders around transformation objectives.
- Identifying and managing resistance to change in order to strengthen engagement and buy-in.
- Constructively challenging existing practices to support the organization's transformation ambitions.
- Supporting initiatives related to well-being, health at work, sustainable employability, attendance at work, and absenteeism reduction.

The idóneo candidate will bring:

- Significant experience supporting complex transformations related to HR, well-being, sustainable employability, organizational culture, or workforce transformation.
- Strong expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and behavioural adoption.
- Proven experience in the fields of:
- Well-being
- Occupational health
- Sustainable employability
- Attendance at work
- Absenteeism management
- Good understanding of shared accountability between employees, managers, and HR teams regarding well-being and employability.
- Experience working with social partners and navigating social dialogue environments.
- Ability to operate effectively within a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders and sensitive organizational topics.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and workshop leadership skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
- Ability to challenge existing practices in a constructive and pragmatic manner.
