Experteer Overview
As a Manager in BCG Vantage, you drive CX and Sales capabilities to support client pitches and growth.

You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to surface client pain points, tailor propositions, and assemble expert inputs for CX-related projects.

You act as a thought partner, shaping CX content and IP while guiding go‑to‑market efforts and commercialization.

You mentor junior colleagues and, when needed, bring senior support to close opportunities.

You will help scale BCG’s CX capabilities across global teams with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

• Identify client pain points and assemble relevant examples and materials
• Share POVs and thought leadership, including Sales.AI-powered demos
• Source topic experts and engage senior support to close deals
• Serve as CX content expert to case teams and leaders, shaping complex client solutions
• Develop CX IP and knowledge assets to support topic commercialization and go-to-market




• Possibly line manage junior team members and support their development
• Support end-to-end of sales cycles and presales activities
• Collaborate across Practice Areas and markets to deliver CX value
• Coach and train teammates on CX methodologies and client engagement

Responsabilidades
• 4-8 years of relevant industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues
• Hands-on experience in a B2C context (customer research, channel diagnostics, journey mapping, CX operating model design)
• Experience orchestrating complex sales cycles including presales, demos, and deal conversion; key account management is a plus
• Experience helping teams assemble strong client pitches and coordinating cross-functional inputs
• Experience learning and applying AI-enabled tools
• English fluency; other languages may be requested depending on location
