In this senior role, you will lead the ERP Demand to Pay architecture across Roche’s general procurement landscape, translating strategy into scalable, future-ready solutions. You’ll orchestrate a network of embedded architects, ensuring enterprise coherence and governance while delivering high-impact ERP programs like ASPIRE SAP deployments. You closely partner with SPG to translate capability maps into execution roadmaps, driving value in a regulated, GxP environment. This is a chance to shape how Roche procures globally and to advance enterprise-level architecture practices.

• Lead and orchestrate the System and Solution Architecture network within the Demand to Pay sub-domains.
• Bridge between local execution and central SPG through aligned architectures and roadmaps.




• Oversee delivery of large technology programs in procurement and supplier lifecycle management.
• Provide architecture governance across the Demand to Pay landscape as part of ERP Cross Architecture Authority.
• Develop and maintain core architecture artifacts; ensure designs meet standards and reduce technical debt.
• Assess new technologies and vendor solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, BTP, GEP) to maintain a robust architectural runway.
Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of IT and architecture experience.
• Deep experience with global ERP strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and D2P operations. xqbhyrx
• Proven track record as an Architect in SAP ERP environments; experience in federated or matrixed organizations; regulated (GxP) industry exposure.
