As a Recruiter, International Sales, you will own strategic talent acquisition initiatives across international markets, with a strong focus on Sales and other business-critical functions. You will partner closely with hiring leaders to define recruitment strategies, identify exceptional candidates, and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. Working in a remote, globally distributed environment, you will combine market expertise, sourcing excellence, and data-driven decision-making to build strong talent pipelines. Accountabilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for international business roles, including Sales,



Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other strategic functions.
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent leadership to define search strategies, candidate profiles, market approaches, and hiring priorities.
- Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent across EMEA and integral markets.
- Develop talent maps by researching priority markets, competitor organizations, high-performing companies, referral networks, and specialized candidate communities.
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality experience aligned with organizational values and expectations.
