Accountabilities





The M&A; IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading complex IT integration programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong ownership of execution, coordination across teams, and proactive management of risks and dependencies.
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex, phased IT integration programs related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Translate business and technical objectives into structured project plans, timelines, and actionable delivery strategies.
- Build and manage detailed project plans across multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users throughout the integration lifecycle.
