The opportunity
The People & Change practice at KPMG Spain is part of a integral network of more than 1,500 professionals specialized in organizational transformation. Through our Global Center of Excellence, we develop and leverage cutting-edge methodologies and approaches to support clients in large-scale transformation programs.
We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated professionals with experience delivering people-related transformation initiatives and leading client engagements in areas such as:
HR Strategy
- Define HR strategies that create value for the business and key stakeholders
- Lead strategic HR transformation programs
- Drive performance through workforce insights and advanced HR analytics
HR Transformation
- Design and implement HR Target Operating Models
- Transform HR into a strategic, value-adding partner to the business
