- The CSS Business Performance and Planning team is looking for a Current Business Manager responsible for Instant Ink business performance for Europe and Asia in strong partnership with Product Go-To-Market and Market Business Management.

- This role is responsible for participating in development of go-to-market plans and budgets for Instant Ink offerings, defining program metrics and goals,



and establishing tracking mechanisms. The role also coordinates with cross-functional teams in developing and executing product introduction plans and performance analysis. Additionally, the role contributes to customer and retail partners segmentation strategies, coordinates promotional and marketing operations activities, supports sales teams with training materials, and participates in account development efforts.

Responsibilities
- Participates in development and securing approval for comprehensive GTM plans and budgets for PSS offerings on a integral scale.
- Coordinates with cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and agencies in the development and execution of introduction plans.
- Contributes to defining PSS program metrics, goals, and benchmarks, and establishes mechanisms to track and report progress against them.
