This role offers an exciting opportunity to build expertise in Deal Desk and Revenue Operations within a fast-growing integral environment. You will play a key role in supporting the quote-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring deals are processed accurately and efficiently while partnering with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams. The position combines operational execution with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and commercial strategy. You will gain hands-on experience with deal workflows, sales systems, and revenue processes while working in a flexible, remote-first culture. Accountabilities




- Manage closed-won processing and order management activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Build standard quotes using CPQ tools and process order forms while validating pricing, approvals, and required documentation before deal completion.
- Own and resolve Deal Desk requests related to quoting, CPQ functionality, account maintenance, and operational processes.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce account and order records, ensuring data quality and visibility across commercial teams.
- Monitor incoming Deal Desk requests and respond to Sales team needs within agreed service level expectations.
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex cases, escalating issues appropriately and supporting effective resolutions.
