For our Sales Company based in MADRID / PINTO , we are looking for an After-Sales Service Leader

Role Description:
The After-Sales Service Leader will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring business profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical background.

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise a team of technicians to ensure efficient and timely service assistance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance and effectiveness of the after-sales service.
- Ensure the profitability of the after-sales service business by managing costs and optimizing resources.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team,
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle customer complaints and issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.

Demonstrate strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team of technicians.
- Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth technical knowledge of industrial machinery to provide accurate guidance and support.
- Problem-Solving: Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Customer Focus: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Spanish native and Fluent English
- Experience in using Service Max or other CRM tools
