? What are we looking for?




We are looking for a General B2B Performance Marketing Manager to lead our acquisition strategy and drive growth through paid channels across our principal markets (Spain, UK and DACH)
This role is key to acquiring new B2B clients by effectively managing paid marketing campaigns. You will play a strategic role in achieving key business objectives, using data to measure channel performance and determining how best to allocate marketing investment across competing opportunities, with a primary focus on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Your main responsibilities will be:
Paid Strategy & Execution
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of Paid Advertising campaigns (Google Search, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads), including planning, strategy development, account setup, execution, and analysis.
- Lead SEM Strategy: Oversee strategy and hands-on management of SEM campaigns. This includes keyword research, account structure, bidding strategies, and writing compelling ad copy aligned with user intent.
