About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will become an important part of our team, helping customers schedule vehicle workshop appointments. The role involves close contact with customers as well as collaboration with workshop operations to ensure smooth and efficient booking processes.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in the automotive industry, for example in customer reception, service advising, planning, or workshop booking coordination.
This experience will help you understand both customer expectations and workshop requirements.
You will work in a dynamic environment where teamwork, communication, and problem-solving are key. To succeed in this role, you need to interact with customers in a professional, attentive, and solution-oriented manner while contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.
