Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch support to Spanish-speaking customers through live chat, email, and phone communications.
- Address customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support with expertise.
- Promote product features and benefits to enhance the customer experience and drive satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to optimize service quality and offerings.
- Engage with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and new automotive developments to provide informed advice to customers.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and future reference.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Relevant experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Genuine interest in automotive products and trends.
- Outstanding communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
