What you will do in this role

As a Beauty Consultant on our team, you will:




- Politely answer inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Manage pre-sale, sales and after sales queries (including shipping, returns and payments settlements, etc.,)
- Support client with website functionalities
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
- Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
- Escalate potential service issues initially with Team Manager following all processes and procedures of the project.
-Strengthen client relationship offering personalized client experience
-Act as a Brand Ambassador for the company and their products concierge service
- Support the customer via phone consultation
- Follow product replenishment procedure
- Assist VIP/VVIP clients through a dedicated line
- Act as a brand voice on all active social media platforms
