About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Stewarding Manager position to join our Culinary Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Oversee daily Stewarding operations, ensuring high standards, teamwork, and compliance with SOPs
- Manage inventory, equipment tracking, and stock levels to support business needs
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all kitchen and service areas
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to support efficient and safe operations
- Train, motivate, and develop team members while driving process improvements and sustainability initiatives

About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chief Steward or Stewarding Supervisor in a 5-star hotel or lux
