What you will be doing
Drive the general relationship and commercial strategy for a major OEM key account, securing long-term partnerships, accelerating business growth,



and ensuring consistent global execution across all interactions.
- Lead and manage the global relationship with a major OEM customer, ensuring alignment across regions and functions
- Establish and enforce standardized commercial approaches, including contracts, pricing frameworks, and governance models
- Act as the primary escalation point for all customer-related topics, including commercial, quality, and project execution matters
- Develop and maintain account playbooks, stakeholder maps, and product/vehicle roadmaps to support strategic decision-making
- Define and drive the global account strategy, presenting regularly to the Executive Management Team
- Guide internal teams through clear frameworks, training, and best practices to effectively engage with the customer
- Oversee global sales planning, ensuring accuracy of forecasts, budgets, and mid-term planning inputs
