Recognized as an "Employer of the Future" by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization, we are seeking a dedicated Center Manager for our growing project on the island of Mallorca, where your primary workplace will be located.
Your tasks and responsibilities:Daily supervision of operations within the center, including common areas, meeting rooms, offices, and shared workstations.Coordination of suppliers, repair work, maintenance, and monitoring of total operating costs.Efficient handling of inquiries, complaints, and incidents, along with preparing monthly reports on occupancy, revenue, and optimization proposals.Acquisition of new partners through guided tours, center presentations, contract execution, and ongoing tenant onboarding and retention.Managing versatile administrative and organizational office duties, including scheduling, correspondence, billing support, and contract preparation.
What you should bring:A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification,



ideally with initial experience in a similar role in the real estate sector.Permanent residence on Mallorca, paired with an independent, well-organized, and solution-oriented way of working.Excellent written and spoken language skills in German, English, and Spanish.Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking, flexibility, and high commitment in team and project settings.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.
