Senior Product Designer
to own the Generosity experience — the part of our product that gives players tangible value back and real opportunities to increase their winnings, spanning Price Boosts, Profit Boosts, SuperSub and SuperAdvantage.This is a broad, high-leverage area connected to the Player team, covering both the core betting/transactional experience and Offer Presentation — making it one of the most commercially significant and strategically visible areas of our product.This isn't a "receive a brief and execute" role: we need someone who can help shape the roadmap and hold their ground with great UI and connect with marketing and brand stakeholders when their input doesn't serve the customer experience.What the role involves
Own end-to-end design across the Generosity foundation products — including how promotions and value are presented to players throughout the betting experienceTranslate complex trading and promotional mechanics into experiences that are simple, easy to understand, and make the value on offer immediately obviousBuild an evidence-based understanding of customer perception, using research and data to understand how players perceive value, fairness and generosity, and let that understanding drive design decisionsIdentify the right moments to engage a customer with a boost, reward or offer, so it lands as valuable rather than as noiseContribute to strategic direction and OKR planning, proactively bringing perspective and ideas rather than waiting to be briefedMaintain a high bar for craft and UI quality,



befitting an area this central to engagement and retentionDrive consistency and engagement across product lines and squad silos, ensuring Generosity feels coherent across surfaces such as betslip, ticket details, home, event page, social feed and push notificationsPartner with commercial, marketing and brand teams — as well as the Betting Experience tribe and wider Player team — constructively challenging input that risks turning a valuable feature into something spammy or confusingWhat we are looking for
A strong product design portfolio with clear examples of end-to-end ownershipA genuine customer-first mindset, backed by real fluency in data and research — comfortable using evidence to make and defend decisionsProven ability to simplify complex or data-heavy products into experiences that feel simple and clearStrong UI/visual craft — this role has a heavier UI bar than a typical mid-level product design roleExperience identifying and designing "moments that matter" — engagement, reward, or perceived-value mechanicsThe confidence and communication skill to constructively challenge senior commercial/marketing/brand stakeholders with a clear customer-experience rationaleExperience working across multiple squads/product lines and driving alignment across silosComfort operating in ambiguity and contributing to planning and strategy, not only receiving fully-scoped briefsNice to have
