We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Renewals Specialist to join our team, working with clients across European markets with the flexibility to live either on the coast in Benalmádena or in the dynamic city of Valencia.

What youll do
- Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the contract renewal process, building trust and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Qualify renewal opportunities, assess client needs, and convert renewals into revenue by recommending upgrades, renewals, or additional solutions.
- Work with small and medium-sized businesses across diverse industries understand their usage, propose tailored solutions, and support their success.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth renewals manage internal communication, deal with inquiries, and deliver timely outcomes.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions, renewal status, and pipeline activity in the company CRM system.
- Deliver clear and informative communication about products,



services, and licensing options helping clients make informed decisions.
- Support client retention and satisfaction by proactively addressing issues, offering guidance, and ensuring high-quality service throughout renewal cycles.

What were looking for
- Native or fluent Dutch (C1) and competent English (B2), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 2 years experience in sales, account management, customer success or a similar role ideally working with clients in a service/tech-oriented environment.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets or sales KPIs; strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Good familiarity with SaaS or cloud-based products/platforms ability to understand product offerings and explain them to clients.
