MISSIONS:

Working closely with the senior fund managers, you will be responsible for the financial monitoring of the real estate retail funds :
- Monitore, analyze, and optimize real estate fund performance with a focus on p&l; forecasts and cash flow plans,
- Contribute to real assets valuation campaigns, control fund valuations,
- Participate to arranging bank financing and optimizing leverage,
- Contribute to structure investments and assist financial engineering,
- Prepare periodic reporting for investors, advisory board, regulatory and internal reporting for the senior management,
- Monitor the environmental and social policy of the managed funds,
- Improve process and tools, ensure data remains up to date



PROFILE:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance, asset management, audit, or real estate,
- Ability to work in a challenging and fast-growing environment,
- Strong ability to work autonomously, strong financial skills and excellent analytical abilities,
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in Spanish, English and French
