What you’ll do:

As a Senior Manager in our HR Advisory team, you’ll act as a trusted advisor for managers,



helping them navigate complex people challenges with confidence—from performance and capability to team dynamics and organizational change. This is a high-impact, business-facing role where your insight and coaching will directly influence outcomes for our ~200 employees in Germany, the UK, Poland, the Netherlands, and Spain.

The role will be required to work in the office 4 days per week with one adaptable day to work from home.

HR Advisory & Employee Relations
- Coach managers to lead with confidence—driving better performance conversations, stronger feedback and more effective decision-making
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters across Europe, handling investigations, performance issues, interpersonal conflict, and conduct concerns with professionalism and care
- Provide guidance to managers navigating terminations, leaves of absence, accommodations, and other sensitive situations
- Oversee all aspects of the employee offboarding process, ensuring
