**Job Description:**Based in Illescas, you will work in close collaboration with theAirbus Commercial ME (Manufacturing Engineering) SurfaceProtection & Painting teams to address a major challenge:developing and integrating surface protection solutions tailoredto our future aircraft architectures.Your role, in co-design with the Design Office and Methodsteams, will be essential in guaranteeing the durability andperformance of the next generation of aircraft.The jobholder will provide critical support for elementary partsand drive the optimization of the A350 fuselage productionprocesses.
As a leader within a Multi-Functional Team (MFT),you will ensure the successful execution of projects by acting asthe primary interface between various programs, Engineering,Procurement, and the Supply Chain.
A key focus will be onprocess improvement to support the production ramp-up,ensuring that surface protection and painting activities canmeet increased cadences.The role will be based in Illescas and will require travelsdepending upon specific projects and engagement with all sites.Are you THE one ?

- Education: Degree from an Engineering School orUniversity in Materials Science, Chemistry, orAeronautics.
- Experience: Proven knowledge of surface protectionwithin the aerospace industry, with a strong interest inproduction environment (shop floor) and processindustrialization.We need someone who has:
- Technical knowledge of surface protection (surfacetreatment, painting, sealants).




- Ability to capture field requirements and translate theminto process improvements.
- Knowledge of composite materials and their interactionwith surface protection is a major plus.Strong analytical and synthesis skills.Ability to work effectively within a Multi-FunctionalTeam (MFT).
- Competencies in Chemistry are a plus.
- Knowledge of the Airbus ecosystem is a plus.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
