- Transport and logistics: You will move tools, building materials, and rubble between the central warehouse and different work locations, ensuring cargo is properly stowed and secured before driving, alongside basic vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
- Operational site support: You will work as a skilled assistant on general construction projects, drainage works, and utility service connections, including ground preparation, trench opening, and support tasks.
- High-elevation work and maintenance: You will carry out auxiliary tasks on scaffolding structures, rooftops, and elevated work zones, always strictly adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Site organization: You will manually load and unload heavy supplies, keep first-class tradespeople well-provided with materials, and maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free work environment every day.





To succeed in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

- A minimum of 3 months of relevant work experience in construction or scaffolding.
- A valid B1 driving license to handle transportation duties.
- Fluency or strong working proficiency in Spanish to ensure smooth communication with the site team.
- Physical fitness, comfortable working at height, and a practical mindset (no formal academic qualifications are required).
