HR People Lead Support Intern

Overview

We are looking for motivated interns to join our Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities

- Support the HR strategy.
- Support the employees and internal communications.
- Support on Human Capital reporting and analysis.
- Support in the development of internal policies and negotiations.
- Employer branding and driving forward the people strategy and planning.

Qualifications

- Student or recent graduate of Human Resources or equivalent.
- Completed an internship in an HR department in a multinational company.
- Recognized for willingness to learn and grow.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point).
- Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages a plus.
- Project Management tools a plus.

- Place of work: Madrid, Spain.
- Beginning: August 2026.
- Duration: 6 months.
- Compensation: 1000 euro per month.

Additional Information

Because we work in an international environment, selection process will be in English.
