MichaelKors seeks a passionate, high‑energy Sales Associate for the JetSet team. The role requires delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting teammates, and driving sales in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide support and collaborate with fellow JetSet team members across the store.
- Take accountability for personal performance and complete self‑evaluations.
- Maintain grooming and image standards in line with brand policy.
- Collaborate with management on sales strategies, product knowledge, and brand standards.
- Model company behaviors and use the behavior toolkit.
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Utilize clienteling apps for client communication and manage customer database.
- Maintain floor presence and act as a sales champion.
- Apply product‑knowledge packs to become a selling expert and advise customers confidently.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals, holding yourself accountable for results.




- Adhere to loss prevention and health & safety guidelines.
- Enforce visual merchandising standards according to guidelines.

Qualifications

- Enthusiasm for a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to inspire teammates.
- Technologically proficient; use tools to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills (preferred).
- Experience in retail sales and customer service.

Compensation

Compensation range: 22,000.00 – 32,500.00EUR.
