A construction company in Palma is looking for two 1st Class Road Maintenance Specialists specializing in the COEX sector. In this role, you will play an essential part in keeping the island's roadways safe, functional, and well-maintained for all users.

Responsibilities

- Supporting road conservation tasks, such as repairing potholes, treating surfaces, applying primers, and cleaning the road platform.
- Participating in traffic operations, managing road closure signage, and responding promptly to emergencies or traffic incidents.
- Operating manual tools and basic motorized machinery, including dumpers, concrete mixers, drills, and angle grinders.
- Performing preventive maintenance duties, including brush clearing, ditch cleaning, and maintaining drainage and safety elements along the road.

What you need to bring





- Mandatory completion of the 150-hour COEX course (Road Conservation and Operation).
- A valid Class B driving license.
- A primary education certificate.

What is offered

- A permanent full-time contract (Indefinit).
- An annual gross salary of €27,000, distributed across 14 payments.
- Working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Start date planned for July 27, 2026.
