UEX.US is a fast-growing crypto exchange with fiat on/off ramps, savings products, loans, and multi-asset trading. We are expanding aggressively in the United States and international markets, and we need a performance-driven specialist to scale paid acquisition and organic inbound traffic.

Role Overview

We are looking for a SEO & Ads Specialist who can manage performance ads, improve organic discoverability, optimize landing pages, and run data-driven experiments across paid and organic channels. This role works directly with the Marketing Team Lead , as well as our Content, Design, and Tech teams to execute campaigns that drive verified signups, deposits, trading volume, and ROI-positive traffic.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Acquisition & PPC

- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, Twitter/X, Reddit, and other relevant networks
- Define targeting, bidding strategies, audiences, funnels, and remarketing flows
- Manage ad budgets and optimize for CPA, ROAS, and CAC targets
- Monitor performance and continuously adjust creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Implement retargeting and conversion tracking (Pixels, GTM, UTM, API, etc.)

SEO & Organic Growth

- Conduct keyword research and develop content topics/maps relevant to crypto, trading, savings, and fintech
- Optimize website and landing pages for SEO (technical + on-page + off-page)
- Conduct site audits and fix issues related to indexing, performance, structure, metadata, schema, etc.
- Build and manage backlink strategies (influencers, directories, crypto media, PR)
- Track SEO performance and organic user acquisition

Analytics & Reporting

- Set up conversion tracking and attribution models
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports
- Analyze funnels, user behavior, and conversion flows
- Recommend improvements to increase conversion rate and LTV

Required Skills

- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns with measurable ROI
- Strong SEO knowledge (technical + on-page + off-page)
- Experience with conversion tracking (GTM, pixel-based tracking, UTM, API)
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and attribution modeling
- Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO principles
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analysis skills
- Strong English communication

Preferred Experience

- Experience in crypto, fintech, DeFi or trading platforms
- Experience with direct-response campaigns
- Familiar with compliance-sensitive paid environments (financial ads)
- Familiar with crypto ad networks (Coinzilla, Cointraffic, CoinMarketCap ads)
- Experience building automated funnels and remarketing flows

- Conversion rate (signup → KYC → deposit → trade)
- Landing page performance
- Cost efficiency and data-backed optimization

Compensation

- $2,000–$3,500 per month depending on experience and performance
- Performance-based bonuses tied to KPIs
