What You'll Do

- Deliver exceptional customer support in Spanish.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, travel-related requests, and account support.
- Resolve customer issues professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Communicate clearly and effectively across multiple customer interactions.
- Contribute to high customer satisfaction through empathy, efficiency, and problem-solving.

What We're Looking For

- Native or fluent Spanish (C1 level).
- English (B2) or French (B2) proficiency.
- Minimum 6 months of Contact Centre experience.




- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon.

Salary & Benefits

- Base Salary: €920 gross per month × 14 salaries
- Attendance Bonus: €25 per month (11 months)

Working Schedule

- Monday to Sunday
- Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 21:00
- Two rotational days off per week
