In this seasonal event role, you will act as a key culinary anchor. Specifically, you will work across festival kitchens to prepare high-quality dishes. Job Description: Festival Cook / Chef (Starlite Occident Marbella)

Your Mission: Fast-Paced Event Cooking & Summer Festival Energy

Your primary goal involves driving culinary success across busy festival food venues. To achieve this, you will deliver swift, high-quality dish preparation. At the same time, you will keep your kitchen station beautifully organized. You will also align your area with strict hygiene benchmarks. Therefore, you will manage daily prep and oversee high-volume cooking outputs. Additionally, you will verify ingredient quality before showtimes. As a result, you will eliminate service delays during peak concert hours. Consequently, you will protect the festival’s reputation for luxury summer entertainment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Dish Preparation & Execution: Prepare and cook menu offerings accurately. Specifically, ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and service speed.
- Mise en Place & Station Management: Organize ingredients, food stocks, and station equipment efficiently. Therefore, you will manage continuous food orders during high-traffic concert hours smoothly.
- Quality & Freshness Control: Inspect raw ingredients and prepared menu items continuously. By doing so, you will guarantee top product standards and recipe compliance.
- Food Safety Compliance: Follow strict food safety protocols, hygiene rules, and workplace safety standards across all festival kitchen zones.
- Team Collaboration:



Collaborate closely with kitchen peers and event managers. Furthermore, maintain a positive attitude under fast-paced, high-demand conditions.

Who You Are: The Energetic & Team-Minded Culinary Talent

- Proven Foundations: You bring prior practical experience as a Cook or Kitchen Assistant. Ideally, you gained this background in fast-paced restaurants, catering services, or large events.
- The Linguist: You hold native Spanish language skills to communicate effectively inside a fast-moving kitchen team.
- Operational Discipline: You possess good organizational skills and attention to detail. Consequently, you work efficiently under pressure.
- Seasonal Availability: You hold full availability to work the complete summer festival contract schedule from June 19th through September 5th.
