You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and ML teams to measure how model and feature changes impact performance, and you’ll design experiments and analyze millions of conversations to derive actionable insights for the product roadmap.
You’ll define metrics, run A/B tests, and build dashboards to help teams track success and understand customer impact across complex workflows.
