About the job

Following our expansion across Europe, we are continuing to grow our Capital Markets team in Madrid and are looking for a Senior Analyst to support investment and transactional activities across different real estate asset classes.

This position is adecuado for a highly analytical professional with strong financial and market knowledge, capable of supporting complex real estate transactions and delivering high-quality analysis for investors, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the execution of real estate investment and divestment transactions across different asset classes.
- Prepare financial models, investment analysis, underwriting, cash flow projections, and valuation scenarios.
- Analyze market trends, comparable transactions, pricing benchmarks, and investment opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, pitches, presentations, teasers, and client materials.
- Conduct asset-level and portfolio-level analysis, including sensitivity analysis and return metrics.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and support transaction execution.
- Work closely with brokers, investors, consultants, and internal teams throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Support business development initiatives through market intelligence and strategic analysis.
- Maintain and update databases, market trackers, and transactional information.
- Ensure accuracy and quality across all analytical and client-facing deliverables.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate,



Engineering, or similar.
- 3–6 years of experience in Capital Markets, Investment, Real Estate Advisory, Valuation, Transactions, or Corporate Finance.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
- Understanding of real estate valuation methodologies and investment metrics.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish required.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Argus, SQL, or other analytical tools is considered a plus.
