We're looking for a Danish-speaking Sales & Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team in Barcelona. As a trusted advisor, you'll help new clients launch successful PPC advertising campaigns, grow existing accounts, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You'll work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where your performance is recognised and rewarded.

What You'll Do

Onboard new business clients and guide them through their advertising journey.

Understand customers' business goals and recommend tailored PPC advertising solutions.

Build strong relationships with clients across the Danish market.

Drive revenue through outbound sales, upselling, and account growth.

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Identify new business opportunities and high-growth companies.

Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets and KPIs.

Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and digital marketing best practices.

Ensure all client interactions comply with GDPR and data privacy regulations.

What We're Looking For

Native or C2-level Danish.

C1-level English.





Previous experience in sales, account management, or digital marketing (2+ years preferred).

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Confidence working in a target-driven sales environment.

Experience using CRM systems and AI tools to improve productivity.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Understanding of Danish business culture and customer expectations.

Knowledge of Google Ads, PPC advertising, or digital marketing is an advantage.

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation

Gross Base Salary: €23,876.19

Performance Bonus (OTE): €3,407.56

Welcome Bonus: €2,500

Total First-Year Gross Package: €30,383.75
