CARPENTRY TEAM LEADER – Baltic Yachts

Location: Palma de Mallorca, IB, ES (on site, full time).

Our Service & Refit operation has evolved to become one of the most experienced, trusted and sought after in the yachting industry. Founded in 2013, we offer a holistic, wide‑range service benefiting from 50 years of world‑class yacht building.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise carpenters and other workers to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and safely.
- Plan, monitor and control projects to meet time, scope and budget objectives.
- Read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
- Report progress and provide transparent communication to owners and team.

Qualifications

- Extensive experience in carpentry, including construction, repair and maintenance of wooden structures.




- Technical training in carpentry or related field; completion of secondary education and specific marine carpentry courses preferred.
- Proven ability to supervise and coordinate work teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Strong organizational and motivation skills with ability to cope with stressful situations.
- Good communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in boats, sailing or yachting industry is an advantage.
