In this Plant Manager Premix role, you will lead manufacturing for premix operations, ensuring safe, on-time, and high-quality production aligned with business objectives. You’ll manage daily operations, maintenance, and production planning while driving efficiency and safety standards. You will coach and develop a high-performing team and translate strategy into long-term capital and maintenance plans. Your work will champion new technologies and improvements to boost plant performance in a transforming animal-nutrition landscape. • Extensive manufacturing leadership experience (5–10 years) in plant operations, international environment
• Strong HR and team management skills with coaching and development ability
• Problem-solver who is proactive, resilient, and capable of navigating crises and driving change
• Financial acumen with budget management, cost control, and performance reporting
• Leadership and stakeholder management with ability to influence and partner with internal and external teams
• Fluency in Spanish and English
