Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the Sales Operations function to drive operational excellence and data-driven decision-making across the sales funnel. You partner with Sales and Marketing to enable the team, refine processes, and monitor performance through dashboards and KPIs. You will influence commercial strategy, optimize lead-to-order workflows, and push continuous improvement across pre-sales, sales and after-sales. • Map and optimize the lead-to-order process to remove bottlenecks and boost conversion
• Coordinate enablement with Marketing and Sales Leadership, delivering training, tools and materials
• Collect and analyze pipeline data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Drive adoption of standardized processes and tools across the sales force
• Produce dashboards and KPI reports on productivity, targets and funnel health




• Support Marketing and Sales Leadership with operational and analytical tasks
• Assess lead-generation campaigns and assist with lead assignment and initial contact screening
• Define sales rep targets with Commercial Leadership and monitor quota attainment
• Monitor commercial opportunities and identify actions to improve conversion and performance
• Champion continuous improvement across pre-sales, sales and after-sales processes

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a quantitative field
• 7–10 years of experience in Sales Operations or related areas
• Analytical or consulting experience preferred
• Proven ability to interact with commercial stakeholders and influence decisions
• Proactive, challenge-oriented mindset with drive for improvements
• Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement
• Experience with CRM and reporting tools
