Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Revolut’s brand and growth efforts in Spain, shaping local positioning and high-impact campaigns. You will turn customer insights into data-driven storytelling and drive GTM initiatives that convert. You will collaborate with regional leadership and global marketing to ensure resonant, performance-focused campaigns. You will own Spain’s tone of voice and guidelines, aligning global campaigns with local nuances. This is an opportunity to influence product storytelling and growth at scale in a fast-growing fintech.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify customer needs and translate insights into data-driven stories to drive conversion
• Own development of audience strategy, messaging, and communication for GTM product launches
• Develop research plans to uncover insights, validate roadmaps, and monitor competitive landscape
• Create market-leading campaign calendars spanning acquisition to retention
• Own Spain’s tone of voice and style guides, aligning local campaigns with global




• Deliver campaigns with a strong bias toward growth and business impact

Responsabilidades
• Fluency in Spanish and English (native level)
• 3+ years in B2C marketing in a fast-paced or hyper-growth tech environment
• Experience leading regional marketing for a global brand
• Knowledge of fintech or payments markets and competitive landscape
• Extensive experience creating stories and content to drive conversion
• Proven ability to set strategic direction and manage complex cross-functional campaigns
• Strong track record of editorial and commercial content creation
• Ability to analyze data into actionable insights and understand growth KPIs and commercial metrics
• Experience with influencer or affiliate campaigns
• Charismatic, people-oriented with ability to engage across teams in a growth environment
