Experteer Overview
In this role, you will support clients in raising capital and provide strategic advisory across Mu0026amp;A and other financial transactions in coordination with the Institutional Banking team. You work closely with senior bankers to prepare proposals, conduct analyses, and shape investment strategies. You’ll translate data into actionable recommendations and build valuation models that underpin pitches and live deals. This position offers exposure to cross-border transactions and a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with a focus on delivering client value.

• Conduct economic/financial research
• Evaluate a target's financial performance against industry and market trends
• Build complex financial models for valuation purposes
• Assist senior bankers on client transactions, projects, or assignments

Responsabilidades
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
• ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• experience in Investment Banking or corporate finance, preferably with Spanish/Portuguese clients
