Experteer Overview
As a Solutions Architect, you help Portuguese-speaking customers in Portugal unlock value from the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. You translate business needs into technical architectures, lead workshops, and become a trusted advisor on data solutions. You collaborate with Account Executives to drive adoption and scale best practices across the region, shaping customer success and platform growth. The role blends deep analytics know-how with hands-on implementation and customer-facing leadership.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build and maintain relationships with Databricks customers in Portugal, delivering technical and business value with sales teams
• Establish as an expert in big data analytics to demonstrate the platform and guide customers through architecture, design, and implementation
• Author reference architectures, how-tos, and demo applications; lead regional workshops, seminars, and meet-ups to scale best practices
• Grow as a technical and/or industry specialist through continuous learning and domain focus
• Engage in technical sales, challenge questions,



and clearly articulate outcomes and value propositions
• Develop customer relationships and partner with internal teams including account executives
• Possess coding experience in Python, Java, or Scala and willingness to learn Spark at a base level
• Hands-on experience with Big Data Analytics technologies and cloud platforms; deliver complex PoCs and multi-audience communication
• Dissect use cases, scope projects, and deliver architectures across varying levels of technical depth

Responsabilidades
