Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead end-to-end cybersecurity engagements for customer OT/ICS environments. You will blend advisory work with hands-on security engineering to design and implement controls and resilience measures. You’ll work across security audits, risk assessments, and incident response to protect critical infrastructure. This position offers meaningful impact, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the opportunity to shape security outcomes at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage end-to-end cybersecurity projects for customer environments, from scoping through design and implementation
• Perform security audits and vulnerability assessments using ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, and ISO27k
• Architect and deploy security controls for industrial systems (firewalls, IDS, endpoint protection)




• Lead incident response activities and implement preventive measures to improve resilience
