In this senior regional role you drive the Molecular franchise strategy for EMEA, translating global objectives into local priorities and launches. You lead a cross-country team, align with Global Marketing and cluster markets, and ensure market-relevant execution. You will manage launches through the Launch Excellence process, synthesize field insights, and remove barriers to enable commercial success. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on cross-functional collaboration to deliver regional growth in a complex, matrix environment. The opportunity offers broad regional impact within a global diagnostics leader with a human-centered culture.

Responsabilidades
• 7 to 10 years of progressive marketing and commercial experience in the IVD industry
• Strong background in the Molecular market
• Experience in regional or cross-country roles within a matrix, multicultural environment
• Proven managerial experience with coaching and development of teams
• Track record in successful product launches, franchise management, or portfolio ownership
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate market insights into strategic priorities
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English; other European languages advantageous
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%
