As ITSM u0026amp; Vendor Management Specialist, you help govern and improve service performance across the enterprise while overseeing strategic vendor relationships. You will connect ITSM discipline with vendor governance to ensure transparency, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment. The role focuses on governance, performance metrics, and stakeholder engagement rather than hands-on infrastructure operations. You’ll influence outcomes through data-driven governance and collaboration in a newly established team, contributing to Schneider Electric’s digital and sustainability agenda.

• Publish and maintain consolidated Infrastructure KPI / SLA Dashboard and monthly Availability u0026 Reliability reports
• Manage Major Incident u0026 Post-Mortem Register with root-cause analysis governance
• Enforce ITSM process standards across ServiceNow (incident, problem, change, request, knowledge)
• Drive Continuous Service Improvement initiatives and track benefit realization
• Serve as governance lead for strategic vendor relationships and surface risks to Infrastructure leadership
• Prepare Vendor Performance Scorecards and coordinate QBRs and BRs
• Maintain SLA breach tracking and ensure corrective action and vendor accountability
• Support RFPs, sourcing events, contract negotiations, and renewal planning with Procurement and Legal
• Identify opportunities for vendor consolidation,



optimization, and cost efficiency across the supplier portfolio
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, Enterprise Architecture, and GTS PMO
• Ensure auditable sourcing decisions and prevent unfavorable auto-renewals
• Own and govern Master Vendor Portfolio Register and regulatory governance deliverables

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related discipline
• 6–8+ years in IT infrastructure, governance, service management, or vendor management
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification
• Hands-on ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM experience
• Proven track record defining SLAs/KPIs and building executive dashboards (Tableau preferred)
• Contract lifecycle management experience
• Experience negotiating with hyperscalers and tier-1 vendors (Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, Broadcom, ATu0026T, etc.)
• Financial acumen: TCO, CapEx vs OpEx, cost optimization
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with global teams (Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, pillar leads)
• Excellent English written and verbal communication
• Analytical, data-driven, and outcome-oriented mindset
