Experteer Overview
In this role you lead end-to-end industrial automation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. You act as the primary Lear contact throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-project planning to installation and handover. You will oversee technical work, manage resources and financials, and ensure quality and customer support. This position offers an opportunity to shape complex automation programs within a global manufacturing context.

• Lead projects from pre-project phase through installation and handover
• Plan execution and timelines with technical sales and stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, automation, purchasing, assembly)
• Allocate workshop, assembly, and automation resources for efficiency and profitability
• Supervise mechanical, electrical, and automation designs to meet requirements




• Oversee machine assembly and on-site installation, resolve technical issues, ensure quality
• Manage project financials including cost control, budgeting, and labor-hour approvals
• Act as primary liaison with customers, manage communication, changes, and warranty support

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field
• 3-5+ years of experience as a project manager or in automation, quality, or related customer-facing roles
• Strong technical background in mechanics, electricity, robotics, or industrial automation
• Proven experience in project cost management, budgeting, and financial control
• Professional communication skills in Spanish and English with strong leadership and negotiation ability
